  2. "User" refers to any individual who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
  3. "Coins" refers to the virtual currency purchased within the Service to access paid content.

3. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the Service at least seven (7) days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

4. Service Description

  1. The Company provides Your Fate Spoiler, compatibility analysis, fortune readings, and other content generated using AI technology.
  2. All content provided by the Service is for entertainment and reference purposes only and does not constitute professional advice.
  3. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time for operational or technical reasons.

5. User Obligations

  1. Users must not use the Service by impersonating another person or using another person's personal information.
  2. Users must not commercially exploit or distribute information obtained through the Service without prior written consent from the Company.
  3. Users must not engage in any activity that disrupts the stable operation of the Service.

6. Coins and Payments

  1. Users may purchase Coins to access paid content. Coin pricing and quantities are displayed within the Service.
  2. Coins are only usable within the Service and are non-refundable to cash (subject to our separate Refund Policy).
  3. Payments are processed through a third-party payment service (Lemon Squeezy).

7. Intellectual Property

  1. All content provided through the Service (text, images, design, etc.) is the intellectual property of the Company.
  2. Users may use their personal analysis results for personal use only.

8. Disclaimer

  1. Saju, astrology, and fortune analysis results provided by the Service are for entertainment and reference purposes. The Company does not guarantee their accuracy or reliability.
  2. The Company is not liable for any decisions made by Users based on analysis results from the Service.
  3. The Company is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, or telecommunications outages.

9. Privacy

The Company protects User personal information in accordance with applicable laws and our Privacy Policy. Please refer to our separate Privacy Policy for details.

10. Dispute Resolution

  1. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
  2. Any disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the location of the Company's headquarters.
