Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes the terms and conditions for coin purchases and refunds on the Fate-Spoiler service ("Service") operated by H-Solution ("Company").
1. Coin Purchases
- Coins are virtual currency used to access paid content within the Service, including detailed Your Fate Spoiler, compatibility analysis, and New Year fortune readings.
- Coin purchases are processed in USD through our third-party payment provider (Lemon Squeezy).
- Purchased coins are credited to your account immediately upon successful payment.
2. Eligible Refunds
Refunds are available in the following cases:

3. Non-Refundable Cases
⚠️ Refunds are NOT available in the following cases:
- Content has already been delivered: Your Fate Spoiler, compatibility analysis, fortune readings, and other content are digital products generated in real-time by AI. Once the results have been delivered, refunds are not available.
- Coins have been partially or fully used: Refunds apply only to unused coins. Used coins are non-refundable.
- More than 7 days have passed since purchase
- Service access restricted due to user violation (account suspension, etc.)
4. Refund Process
- Submit a refund request via email (see below).
- The Company will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
5. How to Request a Refund

Required information:
- Account email address
- Date and time of purchase
- Purchase amount
- Reason for refund
6. Refunds Upon Service Termination
If the Company terminates the Service, all unused coins as of the termination date will be fully refunded. Users will be notified at least 30 days prior to service termination.
7. Miscellaneous
Matters not covered by this Refund Policy shall be governed by the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and other applicable laws.
